However, please note that we reserve the right to terminate your license at any time, for any reason. This allows us to manage the distribution and use of our software effectively.
Given the nature of digital products, once you have access to CodeFast, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
It is not warranted that CodeFast will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
CodeFast is provided "as is," without any warranties regarding its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for CodeFast. By using our software, you release us from any obligations beyond this limit.
You are responsible for any content you create using CodeFast.CodeFast is not liable for your actions or the content you generate.
As CodeFast evolves and improves, the price may increase. To lock in the current rate, we encourage you to take advantage of any discounts offered now.
You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or otherwise transferring the CodeFastsoftware without explicit written permission from CodeFast. Any unauthorized reselling or distribution will result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CodeFast as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of CodeFast. You agree that CodeFast will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
